Stephanie just recently helped me through a very difficult listing/selling process. I am an out-of-state seller and she went above and beyond to help me find resources to get the home in sellable condition. She provided sound advice in establishing a reasonable market price. The house went under contract after the first showing, but there were multiple challenges during the escrow period that without Stephanie's personal intervention would have made the sale fall through. If you have a choice go with Stephanie, she knows the market well will help you through any challenges and knows when to seek expert advice on unique issues.

We bought our very first house with Stephanie as our realtor and let me tell you she is the best! She is very focused on her clients wants/needs and is driven to find exactly what you want and negotiate the price you want. Stephanie knows her information when in comes to anything associated with purchasing a house; whether it be talking with the bank, appraiser, other realtors, or anyone needed to make the process smooth and enjoyable for you. If she doesnt know it she never stops looking for the answer. I recommend her if you are going to buy or sell a home to be your realtor.
