Not only was this process extremely smooth, but Ashley made me feel completely at peace, she answered every single crazy question. No matter the time of day. She was absolutely incredible. Not only was Ashley an incredible realtor but I had the privilege of being her first purchase and mine as well. I’ve known Ashley for over 15 years, and she’s never failed at anything she’s set her mind to. She has an incredible eye, knows what people are looking for, and always was upfront about all of the items we encountered during our purchasing. 100/10 recommend using Ashley as a realtor! We were paired with Candi through Zillow and she has shown us so many homes I cannot even count. Candi is SO patient, never pressures, and is a blast to work with!! Highly recommend her!

Our family just moved from Brazil to Ankeny area, so we had limited knowledge about the home buying process in USA, Shonna was amazing, being patient to explain to us all relevant details, as well provide important tips on things beyond her responsibilities. We are super happy in our new home and definitely recommend Shonna!

My wife and I moved to the Des Moines area to be closer to our children and grandchildren after my retirement. Shonna went above and beyond to find us a home that fit our needs. Not only that, but she followed up after the sale to make certain that we were comfortable in our new home. I would highly recommend her.

I have known Shonna for over 20 years. It was only natural to choose her as our realtor, once we were ready to purchase our home in Ankeny. Shonna has always been a driven, hard-working, honest individual. Her drive and passion for real estate combined with her knowledge and experience put her well above other realtors. We had a wonderful experience working with Shonna from start to finish! There was never a question she couldn't answer. She always had recommendations, excellent contacts for specific contractors, and helped us with everything we needed. She was always on top of the market, new listings, and showed us many great homes. I can't say enough wonderful things about our experience working with Shonna. It was so smooth, so professional, and fun :) If you know Shonna, her personality is outstanding and you will love working with her!!
