I have been in customer service, sales, and marketing for 55 years. We have also bought and sold 7 houses. Serena and her "Inspire Team" gave us the best service, by far, that I have ever experienced. Serena is very detail oriented and has trained every team member to be the same. Wander takes the best "hi-def" photographs that I've ever seen. Brenda was so patient and attentive while helping us select our new place to, hopefully, spend the rest of our life. Serena and her Administrative Assistant, Paola, throughout the entire selling/buying process, helped us "dot every I and cross every T" at a level that no other real estate agent ever has. However, to me, the most important thing I can tell you is that Serena has the heart of angel and that her integrity is beyond reproach.

Serena was one of the most outstanding realtors that I have ever worked with. She was extremely knowledgeable about the local market and what was needed to sell my father's home that was part of an estate sale. I can't say enough good things about Sebrena. She was a pleasure to work with and provided a level of expertise that assisted me to make some very difficult decisions about pricing and how much I should invest to maximize my sale potential without overspending.
