I viewed a property in Baxley with Pat. He was kind during the showing. A few days after the viewing I contacted him about putting in an offer. He did not respond to me. I sent a follow-up message to which he responded. He asked for my loan officer's information to contact her. I sent him the contact information. Some time passed, and I asked my loan officer if she was contacted, and she said no. Pat never responded or got back to me. I would definitely not recommend him.

Pat was amazing and a great help! He knew exactly what I was looking for and helped me throughout the whole process! Always answered any questions and assisted in anyway he could! Awesome experience and I would recommend him to anyone!

Pat did an awesome job helping me find a place. I needed to move rather quickly and he was great in helping me find the right house for me. Even after I closed, he still continues to help me get acquainted with the area and put me in contact with the right people to help with the moving in process.

Jenna was awesome to work with. She showed me several houses, without complaint, until we found the right one. She always worked around my schedule, even when it meant meeting on weekends or after work. She was very knowledgeable about every house we looked at and the surrounding area. She knows the market well and stuck with me through the entire process. She answered every question I had, told me what to expect and made the whole home buying process simple and easy to understand. If the need arises, I will ask for Jenna’s expertise again and I will definitely recommend her to friends.

Jenna was super personable, knowledgeable and accommodating in our search. She was great at finding the right listings for us to view and had a great understanding of what we were looking for as a family in a slim and expensive market. She was knowledgeable of the market but also encouraged us to make our own choices and offers throughout the process. We were able to land a house in about a two week time frame from the time we started working with Jenna until the time we settled on a house. The paperwork and legal side of the transaction was as smooth as I could have imagined. She lined up all of the legal documents and recommended a great legal team to help with the process. The signing and legal part of the sale took about 20 mins in total. I would recommend Jenna to all my family, friends and acquaintances that are looking for a house.
