Sandy was great during a difficult purchase, following up consistently on a closing that was almost 2 months delayed due to issues on the seller's side. She is extremely knowledgably of the local market and provided guidance throughout the process. She also has many contacts in the area for whatever needs may arise. Definitely would recommend her.

There aren’t enough words to say how great Liz is and how much we appreciate her. This wasn’t just a quick transaction, it was a journey that lasted years. Through so many ups and downs, health challenged that made getting a mortgage difficult/impossible, shifting plans, and moments when we just weren’t sure if we’d ever find the right place. Through it all, Liz remained patient, incredibly hardworking, and deeply committed to helping us find a home that truly felt right. Liz is that rare kind of professional who not only is incredibly knowledgeable about her profession but also forms geniune connections with her clients . Her energy puts you at esaae the moment you are with her, which I think is so important as you are making one of the biggest decisions of your life. She listened to our ever evolving needs, advocated for us every step of the way, made sure we understood every detail in the process, and was never annoyed with us for asking her non stop questions before, during and after the sale. We never felt rushed, pressured, or like just another client. Over time, she became more than our realtor, she became a friend. I mean this woman was on top of things even as she was about to give birth to her child. She is unstoppable. Thanks to Liz, we are now about to be in a home we absolutely love. We are grateful we were never pressured to settle for something that wasn’t right for us and appreciate her honesty about every place we have seen with her. We’re endlessly grateful for the dedication, kindness, and expertise she brought to the table. Liz was such an amazing asset to have while purchasing my second home, especially in the market we were working with. She asked the right questions, held up our best interest, always responded in a timely manner and made sure we were making the best decision for our family. We had a wild ride with some surprises at the end of our closing. During this time, Liz did everything she could to continue to make it a smooth process while maintaining professionalism and advocating on our behalf. When the time comes to sell and buy again, I will be using Liz without question.

Liz is an absolute treasure! She is a hands-on, very engaged agent who helped us to navigate a complicated sale - from getting her hands dirty with cleanout, to enlisting needed contractors, to providing expert advice on a variety of obstacles... Liz was a total pro. We ended up with the perfect buyers at our targeted price, with an easy and smooth close. She is exactly the partner we needed, and so much more of a resource than we expected or hoped for! I will definitely be working with Liz again in the very near future on another sale. I couldn't recommend her highly enough!

Liz is a great realtor, she helped us with the purchase our first home. My spouse and I weren’t too familiar with the process but Liz walked us through it, from searching for a home through submitting an offer and signing closing documents. She gave us great information on homes we were interested in and possible issues that would arise or issues seller had disclosed, we felt like we were in good hands. We highly recommend her.
