The two most important things is that Sam is honest and he has the best interest of his client at heart. He knows the business and he knows the area. I made my purchase in Irving, TX while I was still living in Colorado during a sellers market. I lost a lot of good prospects because they would sell before I could get to town to see them. Sam kept working and we finally found something that my met my needs. He guided me away from problems when I became anxious. Again, nothing is as important as his honesty and caring.
