I am lucky to have met Robin in the process of selling my home. Robin stood out to me right away because she cares more about good service and building trust rather than seeing her clients as a number to make a quick buck. I sold a home out of state and it was challenging doing it so far away. It was my first time in real estate so I was less experienced than most. I kept meeting a number of people who cared more about capitalizing off the fact I was out of state. Robin was different and her actions always proved it. Firstly, she is also a person of her word. If she says she will call you, she will. If she says she will send you information you specifically requested, she will. If you call her, she picks up. If she is with another client, she will call back. Her communication is strong and she regularly is updating you on things like scheduled showings, feedback from the showings, and makes you feel so safe because you never feel like she forgot you or is too busy to give you the time of day. She also is detail oriented. I had a realtor before her who on many occassions would skim my emails rather than read them. When I asked for serious things that any client would bring up, he would sometimes not reply for days. I quickly saw I was just another number for him. Robin not only reads your emails but in her response to them, she color codes her responses to each question / concern within the body of your email, making sure she got everything you needed answered. I can’t express how refreshing and necessary that felt after being so unheard and overlooked as a client with the previous realtor. She is incredibly professional. Robin also goes out of her way to help you with things that aren’t even expected of her simply because she wants to provide good service and treat you the way she would want to be treated. She I’ve witnessed this on multiple occassions—from BIG things to even little things that she hadn’t even mentioned to me. I found out some of the helpful things through her contractor casually mentioning them and other means. This made me gain so much more respect for her. Also, Robin teaches real estate courses at Remax so she naturally wants to educate you on things throughout your process so you are aware and in the know. Robin tells you realistically what is needed to sell your home and what to expect if you don’t take her advice. She is not like other realtors who may make false promises and sugar coating things to appeal to you. Robin is amazing. If you get the chance to work with her, take it. I worked with her for months, and she was a blessing to say the least. Thanks so much Robin

Robin is professional, prepared and passionate. I honestly cannot say enough great things about her. I found her to be extremely knowledgeable on all things buying and selling and I very quickly realized that Robin had my best interests at heart. In fact, I distinctly remember her saying that regardless if purchased a home with her...she would be still be available to answer any questions or concerns I might have about the home buying process...and she was. Robin is truly everything you look for when you need to find someone to help you through one of life's more life altering purchases. I cannot recommend anyone more than Robin. She is awesome at what she does and an great person to boot. It's a win, win for all!
