Robert made whole process easy. Stayed in contact through the whole time. Helped find carpet remover as well as someone to clean out the house. Was always available no matter what day or time it was. I would definitely use Robert again.

Robert and his team are great. Even with some weird situations that came up. They got us through it all. They explained everything step by step. I would call him or someone on their team and if they didn't answer they go right back to me. I felt like they really cared about us and the process. Thank you all. I would recommend Robert and his team to all my friends and family. He truly gave us the best Christmas present ever. Closing escrow in December.

We began our journey of selling our home with another agent. 20 days in, we had no traffic, no interest, and we were running short on time with our contingency. Thankfully she let us out of the contract. Robert had sold us our house 11 years prior and he immediately came to mind. 11 years ago he was calm, confident, connected, and competent. I sent him an inquiry on his website and he called me back right away and even remembered who I was and the house he sold me. The next day he came over and got to work. Two days later we had a sign in the yard, a photographer taking new pictures and an open house scheduled. Robert sent out our listing to hundreds of realtors. We had inquiries and house showings virtually every day. In roughly two weeks we had a full price offer and our house is now in the hands of its new owners. Robert is honest, knowledgeable, and is well established in the industry. His experience and network are invaluable. He is kind, always available to answer questions, and his staff, especially Jessica, are quick, caring, personable. His company runs like a well oiled machine. My only regret was not calling him first. A nice agent is easy to find. An agent like Robert is not. I want to thank Robert and Jessica for everything. You are amazing and I will recommend you to everyone!!

I cannot express the deepest depths of gratitude for Robert and his team. He made buying my first home so easy. He eased so many of my anxieties, answered so many questions, and never make me feel like I was a bother to him. He is such a wealth of information and valuable asset to have. His calm demeanor allows you to feel at ease and makes him so approachable yet is defiantly assertive making sure he’s got your back. I will definitely be using his services again if I ever buy or sell. (Although I don’t see myself selling this home as it truly is unique and home to me). I definitely didn’t feel like our relationship was ever about the dollar signs. He always arrived dressed on point (even when dressed casually in jeans) I can go on and on about how wonderful Robert and his team is and it’ll never be enough. I would highly recommend hiring Robert without a shadow of a doubt.
