I met Richard 8 years ago and thought only of him when looking to sell our home. His professional demeanor, attention to detail throughout the transaction, as well as, consistent communications was so appreciated as we sold our home. Richard did an amazing job. He sold our house off market without listing it on the MLS. No open houses, no staging, no months of stress dealing with the selling process. He had the contacts and expertise to sell our house at an above market price in days instead of months. If you want to feel like you got more than you paid for stop wasting your time reading reviews and call Richard now. It is hard to talk about Richard and not have it sound like exaggeration. Richard has been involved in the sale and purchase of three homes in our family. If a friend or family member were going to buy or sell a home I would tell them to go to Richard first. He is simply the best I've seen in my 65 years. He can look at a situation that puzzles and stumps your average realtor and have a solution immediately. He knows the business and more importantly he knows people. He will work to know what you want and he will get it for you if anyone can. Anyone that works with Richard once will always return. Look no further because he is the best.
