Richard Avery contacted me from a Zillow request. No knowledge of the property I was inquiring about, and never called me back as promised. I ended up buying the property 3 months later through another agent.

Richard made the lake house buying experience quick and easy. He did a lot of pre-work to help us find the right home with perfect water depth and dock/lakefront.
