Rich did excellent work handling the sale of my father's home. It was a difficult transaction since I I'm out of state and trying to sell the property as my father's executor. Rich made sure to check the house all the time to make sure it was well taken care of in my absence. I couldn't have asked for better service.

Honestly, not sure we would've found and secured our beautiful new home during the crazy beginning of 2023 without Woojin's help and guidance. We had gone house hunting every weekend from January to May and Woojin was there every step of the way. He took into consideration exactly what we were looking for and never tried to upsell a property that we would not have been interested in. He was responsive throughout the process and we never felt we could not get in touch with him. During closing, he handled the negotiations perfectly.
