Renee was a breath of fresh air! After a private party sale fell through, I reach out to Renee to list the property for me. She promptly set up an in person meeting to go over the seller's contract and view the home for listing. Renee went above and beyond with working with not just me, but my tenants as well during the entire showing process. I was throughly impressed with the way Renee presented all the offers to me. The amount of detail she provided allowed me to make the most well informed, knowledgeable decision on which offer to accept. Renee has been very helpful in the past and again now. She has contacts in the construction and real estate fields that give her the inside track on homes for sale or will be for sale in the near future. She was available whenever I needed her. I have worked with her in the past and will again if I need her.
