Rebecca was amazing as our realtor. She was positive and provided outstanding communications. She went beyond in helping to get the property ready to list. Rebecca exceeded all our expectations on every aspect of the process. Besides being a wonderful and knowledgeable realtor she is a caring and honest person. We got more than we thought on the price and had the home sold and through escrow within 30 days. We good not have had a better experience and would glowingly recommend her for your your real estate needs.

Rebecca was highly recommended to us by my sister and she did not disappoint! She was so complimentary to our home and we could tell she spent a lot of time doing her homework on the value of our home. She worked efficiently, was so organized and diligent on selling our home on the timeline we had in mind. Rebecca made this experience so stress free and she always had a positive and energetic attitude. Rebecca was truly a blessing as our realtor and now we consider her our beautiful friend. You will not find another person quite like Rebecca: extremely detail-oriented, well connected to the community, resourceful, and not afraid to personally help work on projects for the house! The idea of selling a property long-distance was such a daunting task but Rebecca made the experience such a positive one! She went completely above and beyond the call of duty and even acted as our project manager during the remodeling process before we put the house on the market, helping us gather bids and managing various contractors. Our escrow process was so smooth because she was constantly in touch and updated us on all the details. Rebecca was always super responsive to texts and calls and just such a genuinely nice and amazing person! We thank our lucky stars to have found Rebecca to help sell our property…because of Rebecca, our first experience selling a home such a positive one!

This review is long overdue but I wanted to make sure Rebecca got all the credit she deserves. My husband and I worked with Rebecca in the beginning of 2020. We were planning on selling and relocating. Rebecca was so quick to respond any time we had questions and she is the only real estate agent I’ve ever know to come help take photos off the walls and help me pack things away to get the house staged. She had many great resources for any work we needed done on the house. On the day of staging for photos, she was literally mopping my floors and staging rooms. I couldn’t believe it. She was so great! We had a successful day of open house on a Sunday, but on the next day California shut down as the pandemic set in. We decided to wait for a month until we proceeded further, Rebecca was so patient with us. We ultimately decided to go for it and found our buyers. Rebecca really helped us list it for the perfect price providing us comps and her expertise. We were able to make a great profit and now two years later we are home owners again in the central coast. Thank you so much Rebecca for all of your help during such a pivotal time in our lives.
