I know Perry for years as he had helped me selling my house and purchasing new home twice, both times, the old houses were sold within 3 days. The new houses he found and negotiated their purchase price were one of the kinds. Today, I’m in my forever home because of Perry. I first met Perry and Shirley 11 years ago when I purchased a home they listed. They made the buying process very smooth despite rather bad market conditions at that time and I found them to be honest and trustworthy. So when last summer I was getting ready to move and sell my home I reached out to Perry for help. After checking out the house Perry and Shirley gave me helpful suggestions on the pricing as well as some small improvements that would increase the value of my house for the buyers. In the end they sold my home in less than 48 hours from the day it got listed, with 5 full price offers after 50+ showings ... in just two days... in the middle of the pandemic! Perry and Shirley have decades of experience in real estate market they serve. I find their expertise extremely valuable and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate.

Working with Perry and Shirley was an amazing experience! My boyfriend and I were looking to buy a home, we didn’t have much time to look because I was expecting a baby at the end of the year. Perry found us the most amazing home even with our strict timeline. Two days after talking to Perry on the phone we were out looking at potential homes! The entire process was quick and worry free. Perry listened to everything we wanted and got the job done! I would recommend this amazing team to anyone looking to purchase a home!
