We have been working with Mr. Lyons since 2017; he has sold 2 of our homes and guided our purchases of 2 homes. You will not find another realtor with the professionalism and integrity he possess. Pat went out of his way to provide guidance/assistance to our family when we moved to NC. One thing my husband and I appreciated was that he is not one to push or rush you when purchasing a home; he showed us well over 20 homes during our time spent with him. The Nelson's are forever thankful for crossing paths with such an outstanding person!

Pat is knowledgeable, personable, and a great negotiator. His offers were on target. He helped walk first time homebuyers through a stressful experience. He reviewed all options throughout the process to ensure it was the best decision for us. Pat was very accessible and flexible based on our work schedule. He was easy to reach over the phone, especially when we were feeling the "first-time home-buyer" nerves. We would definitely use Pat for our second home, which hopefully isn't for quite some time!

I can honestly say from my personal experience with Pat Lyons that he's not in this field for just a job and a paycheck. The gentleman truly cares about his clients and will go the extra mile to do what it takes to satisfy and make his customers happy. Pat was actually referred to us and I would highly recommend reaching out to him if your looking for someone to give you a 5 star experience. You will Not be disappointed. After Pat helped me, my wife, and our little one on the way find a home, he congratulated us after closing with a gift card to Home Depot as a house warming gift. He let us know going forward if we had any questions not to hesitate to contact him. We had an over the top experience and if you choose him, I would expect the same.
