This was an experience I will never forget. Mrs. Young helped find my ideal home with no problems. As a first time home buyer, I would hear all the horror stories about people home buying experiences. Needless to say Mrs. Young & I never had to go through those experiences. She was very knowledgeable of the area and helped me find what I was looking for, not just trying to sale me a home. I hate for my time to be wasted because that’s one thing you can’t get back in life. Mrs. Young found my ideal home on the second look, she really cares & and takes her time with her clients. I would recommend her to anyone that’s looking to purchase a home. Mrs. Young you were awesome!!! Thank you again!!!

Awful experience with agent Patricia Richmond-Young. A month ago, I was in Memphis on business and looking to purchase a condo, . I contacted the agent to schedule a showing. She called me and confirmed that she contacted the listing agent to setup the showing. As of today's date, I have yet to hear back from the agent. Awful customer service!

When I put my home on the market, I wasn't quite sure it would sell. I had already tried twice with no success. Patricia was very encouraging, knowledgable, and promoted the house well. She kept me abreast of all situations and was there when I needed her. Surprisingly, my house was under contract within one week of being placed on the market. Patricia was definitely a Godsend and represented me and my interest well.

Ms. Patricia was the best!!! She sold our home is Olive Branch and found our new home in Memphis. She knows the Real Estate business. If I ever move again, I am going straight to Ms. Patricia
