Pat was very helpful in selling my home. Everything went smoothly all the way up to the closing. My home amazinly was only on the market for 8 days. Pat is very knowledgeable about the local real estate market and was very patient and helpful during the process of selling our house. She was available to hold our hand from start to finish. She helped assess the house and develop a marketing plan for the sale, assisted and advised us during the showings, inspections, review of sales offers, and the closing. From a personal perspective, perhaps the most helpful part of the experience was that Pat was on top of each step of the process.
