Nate was a total pleasure to work with. He responded to all of my questions promptly and was always available to help in any way I needed. Selling a property 500 miles away, as this was an inherited home, was a great concern of mine, however Nate took care of everything that I needed help with. Living out of state I needed help with the clean out of the house, setting up septic inspection, and various miscellaneous questions. He recommended excellent people to help me that were prompt and reliable, as well as answering any concerns that I may have had. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing to sell or buy property.

As firstime homebuyers, my significant other and I worked with Nate on our home search and first home purchase. Nate took a great deal of time to answer all of our questions and go through each step of the home buying process. Since he was local to the area, he was very familiar with the type of community we were looking for, and was extremely knowledgeable with the construction materials and features of the homes on each walkthrough. When it finally came time to make an offer, Nate was very prompt and helpful in getting us comfortable with an offer that we felt was reasonable. Even after closing, questions that we had were responded to right away. We are extremely satisfied working with Nate through our first home buying experience and recommend him highly!

Buying a house in a pandemic is no easy feat. Nate helped us for over a year looking at house after house pre-pandemic and during(as beat as he could). However Nate never gave up on us. Always answering emails, staying on top of new listings and driving all over Cayuga county to try and find us the right home. Nate has an abundance of knowledge when it comes to any part of the home buying process. He is also not afraid to shoot it straight, which is one of the things we loved about him! I don’t think we will ever know all of the “behind the scenes “ work Nate did to help make the buying process that much easier! We would recommend Nate to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home!

I am a first time home buyer who had absolutely no idea what I was doing. All I knew was I wanted to buy a home and soon. I was referred to Nate to help me through this process and it was easily the best decision of my life. He made the house hunting and buying process seem so easy and was always available when I had questions or concerns. The effort he put in behind the scenes was remarkable. In what seemed like no time at all, I was already closing on my first home and it still doesn’t feel real. If I ever need to buy or sell a home in the future, I will absolutely be asking Nate for his help!
