Natalie sold our house quickly and for asking price! She was always available via phone or text, very attentive. She answered all questions and reassured a nervous seller, never flustered by repeated questions. She did everything possible to display our home in the best light, with beautiful pictures and descriptions. Natalie walked us through every step of the way in our sell and purchase. She listed our house in one day and had several offers the following day. We were interested in a specific type of home with a a large enough yard for our boat. This is a challenge in the area we were interested in. Natalie kept searching until she found our dream home. She is polite, patient, professional and always on top of everything. If anyone thinks that the work of realtor is done once the house is sold - then they are as mis-informed as I was. The real work starts after the sale has been agreed. Her after-sales management is second-to-none. I have yet to meet a more professional, experienced, thoughtful, sincere negotiator than Natalie. She worked tirelessly on our behalf, juggling every aspect of the sale, from simply reassuring buyers, to helping to alleviate stress and always keeping everyone informed, across the entire period.
