Nancye was so helpful in advising us on competitive pricing and the do's and don't of updating a 1950's cape cod style home. She was easy to reach and always got back to us when a prospective buyer had viewed the house even if she was not the one showing it. Once we had several offers she guided us through negotiations and when the closing was delayed she had no trouble altering her schedule and getting the right paperwork updated so that we could still close in good style. She is very knowledgeable about all of the closing details, rules and regulations that are so very critical at the end of the process. I would highly recommend Nancye to anyone listing or buying a home or commercial listing.

We had a not so gently used home that had been empty for a few years and needed remodelling, on the market in the worst time to sell in a mixed area in a long time. Nancye diligently worked with us in order to find a buyer. She did her job well and we sold the house. Nancye is very personable and has a respectable knowledge of the area and will do her best to fill your need. She is truly a nice, honest person.

She is very good real estate agent. When I bought my house, I had a title issue before of the manufacture home. She helped me to go to State of Michigan to get the title. When she found that there was a lien on my house, she also found a way to help me to take the lien out of my house. She had done a lot of thing that was beyond the ressponsibility of the real esate agent. I will highly recommend to use her as selling or buyer agent.

Nancye was very responsive and understood our needs and objectives. The selection of homes she gave us was comprehensive and she made sure the latest listings were sent to us right as they were known. Her knowledge on the process and available support personnel that could provide services (home inspection, property survey, etc..) help expedite the decision as well as the closing.
