Misti Warfield is a very knowledgable realtor! I had a short period of time to find a home and she made sure to help me find the right home in this time frame. She gives great tips on location and things to look for and anything that might affect resale value. She’s also very aware of the fair market price and really good in negotiations. She was on top of everything and as a new home buyer i had several questions and she answered all of them. She’s also always on time and very responsive to emails and phone calls. I highly recommend working with her.

Misti sold my house in Pearland for asking price quicker than I thought possible. She is very professional and represents her clients as if it was her own home. She is very knowledgeable and can answer all your questions as they come up. I plan to use her again and would highly recommend her to others as well.

Very personable. Fun to work with and has great negotiating skills. Was familiar with the community and neighborhoods that would satisfy all our requirements. So very blessed to have her as our agent for life!
