Mike showed me several houses that spanned 2-3 counties and was very helpful with everything I asked of him. Many things have changed since I last bought a house, and he walked me through all the new changes. In the end, Mike helped me find a very nice house in the north woods.

Mike did an outstanding job for us in selling my parents' cabin in Northern Wisconsin under more challenging circumstances. His prompt, friendly, and enthusiastic response resulted in an incredibly fast (cash) sale and a sales price that exceeded our expectations. The sale was more challenging since my father had passed away and my mother could not handle the sale directly. I live out of state and no one in the family could even go to the property, so he set it up to be done on-line with me using a POA and he handled all the details. After I got his name on a referral from an agent in the Madison area (where we were selling another property), I had a call from him within hours and he provided a good overview of the market in his area. He had the property listed w/photos within a couple days and multiple offers quickly followed. It was a smooth sale without drama and he even made a special trip back to the cabin to get a few mementos that my mother wanted and shipped them to her. Such a nice man!!!

Mike is a local who knows the market exceptionally well. We benefited directly from his expertise when it came to decisions about price point and timing. He had an immediate grasp of our concerns and quickly answered all our questions. He kept us well informed and usually responded to an email within minutes. Would definitely use him again!

We had an amazing experience working with Mike Gotstein! He is knowledgeable, professional and a lot of fun. He made our experience so much better because he knows the area and he gets things done. He was done showing us places and we called him while he was on the road already to ask to see one more. He turned his car around and showed us the place. We really thought that was great and appreciated it very much! He stuck with us answering questions and giving advice throughout the whole process. We knew we could count on him which made us extremely comfortable. We will reccomend him to anyone looking for a place of their own! Great experience!
