We love Missy!! After renting for 8 years in Arlington, VA, we started looking to buy a condo on our own and found the process to be pretty discouraging. When we finally found a listing that checked all our boxes, Missy sprang into action working with an out of town listing agent and went with us to see condo the day after Christmas. With awareness of the extremely competitive Arlington condo market, Missy was creative in helping us put together an attractive offer that didn't break the bank, but helped us win the bid. We always felt like Missy was on our team and provided objective feedback to our questions as we went through the process. She hooked us up with an amazing Mortgage broker and we are now days away from moving into our dream home! We can't say enough good things about Missy. We have had her help us buy 3 times and sell 2 times. She has always worked extremely hard to get us THE BEST deal. Not only that, but she makes a point to get to know YOU as an individual and connect so that she understands what you are looking for. She goes above and beyond. I bought my first house with Missy 10 years ago, Missy also helped my brother with his house back in 2015. When it came time to find a bigger home for our growing family there was no question on who we would use. Missy help facilitate our new construction build, helped negotiate the cost with the builder and kept on top of them to make sure we were happy and satisfied with the completed work. After building our dream house Missy then helped us sell our townhouse that she originally helped us purchase back in 2009. She put us in contact with contractors to get the townhouse show ready, staged for pictures and had it sold in less than 12 hours for $10K over list price. There is not a realtor in our area that works harder than Missy Walden and her team. Highly recommend.
