We had a wonderful experience with Mike when we bought our first home. Mike was very excited for us during the whole process and we always felt like we could go to him with questions or concerns and he was very quick to respond to them. We highly recommend Mike and greatly enjoyed having him as our agent. We felt like he really took care of us and was honest and truthful during the house hunt, which meant a lot to us. He's a 10 out of 10!

My wife and I took our time and looked at quite a few houses over an extended period of time. Mike was very patient and insistent that we be well informed and comfortable in our decision-making process. We are quite pleased with our first home-buying experience and appreciate Mike's hard work very much.

I was moving to the area from the East Coast and had only a short amount of time to find a home. Mike was very responsive to my emails and asked me pointed questions to help him refine my home search. He sent me numerous listings before my visit to look at houses. I came to the area for two days with the intent to find a home and make an offer. Mike showed me more than 20 listings in two days so I could see all the options, and I did indeed make an offer on one of the homes during that trip. He walked me through the whole process through closing, answered all my questions, and provided expert guidance along the way.

I was referred to Mike Staton by my USAA homebuyer network. After my very positive experiences working with Mike I have no regrets and would definitely have picked him as I will again in the future. My home searching challenge was multifaceted; I lived 6 hours away; had zero knowledge of the area; had discerning tastes and a limited budget. Mike listened attentively, asked the right questions to narrow the search and communicated clearly, promptly and effectively through phone, email and texts. Mike's home tours were informative and efficient. He was helpful with his suggestions and observations so that I felt he was truly looking out for my best interests. His 3,2,1 method made deciding simple. When we stepped into house number four of a possible nine showings we knew it bumped all before it out of the running. The processes from that point and up to closing were handled very professionally and SO much better than I had ever experienced with other home purchases. Mike calculated a surprisingly great offer and negotiated it with ease. Closing was a breeze. I have since recommended Mike to others and will definitely be contacting him again when the need arises. I feel I have gained more than a great house, neighborhood and new hometown; I have also gained a friend. I enjoy bumping into him around town and chatting about life. Here's an example of his philosophy: when I complemented him on his attentiveness and the courtesy extended in what was not a large sal, he shared his father's wisdom, always treat the $40,000 customer the same as the $400,000 one. Great guy!

Mike was very helpful. I lived some distance from the property being sold and he volunteered to meet contractors, etc., so that I would not have to make the trip. He very helpful in identifying items that needed to be done to expedite the selling of the property. I would definitely use him in future real estate sales or purchases. When my in-laws were going to sell their primary residence, they chose Mike based upon how he handled my property.
