As a first-time seller, there was a lot of uncertainty and unfortunately, our first agent with another company was not as responsive or fast-moving as we needed them to be. We later connected with Meryl who in contrast was VERY responsive via text, phone, and email and as a result, the house sold quickly! We are thrilled that Meryl was by our side ensuring all of the various trains were running smoothly! She even helped with items that did not squarely fall under her specific job description. If you are still reviewing agent profiles, pause, you deserve to look no further than Meryl!

I was interested in looking at a house but I was 13 hours away. Meryl was fantastic in providing me with the information I needed prior to flying to the area. I had no knowledge of the town I was going to but fell in love with the property. Meryl was able to provide me with lots of information on the area, provided me with recommendations on where to stay while I was visiting, and provided me with plenty of resources for things I needed to complete my purchase and get renovations started. I really enjoyed working with her.

Meryl is a great realtor to work with both as a buyer and as a seller of a property. She is very knowledgeable of local and surrounding areas and is eager to help with any issues that may come up. She is quick to answer any questions and always willing to show properties . She has a lot of experience in real estate and is someone i trust to make the process go smoothly.

I contracted Meryl to sell the house opened as a teacher. The property was left unlocked for people to walk in at their own leisure without an agent. My appliances were stolen. When I paid to have my lawn mowed, her landscape expert mowed one path to the door instead of the whole yard. I would never recommend this woman to anyone after hearing how she dealt with my out of state property.

I agree with other reviews. This realtor has poor communication skills, and seems incompetent at times. My wife and I had a contract in hand after agreeing to the sellers counteroffer via email. Meryl failed to document conversations with the listing agent while the contract was out and was being reviewed by my wife and I. This ultimately cost us the house (after being told I had some time to sign the contract, given I was out of town for a conference). While I was reviewing the contract she stated the house was off the market and that it was "under contract", however, this was clearly not the case after another couple came in the following weekend and swooped the house up from under our feet. When my wife calls Meryl and the other listing agent, they act like it's our fault. This is unacceptable and I would never recommend this realtor or her company.
