Highly recommend Melissa, cannot say enough good about Melissa, and her team. Melissa is extremely knowledgeable in today's real estate market. If you want your property sold, Melissa is the one to get it sold. We had our condo for sale by owner, with no luck after two weeks, Melissa listed and sold our unit within days, for more then our asking price, when we were trying to sell it by owner. We walked away from closing after all fees and commission, with more in our pocket then if we had sold it on our own. We are extremely happy and will definitely use Melissa in the future. We figured if we were going to list it with a realtor, we wanted to list it with the best, this is why we chose Melissa. We highly recommend Melissa and her team.

Melissa is AMAZING. We have worked with her on 4 different transactions and each one has been a breeze. Melissa is 100% there for you day or night. She's completely knowledgeable about what the market is currently doing and what is expected in the near future. We just sold our home with her and it was on the market for 1 day - She nailed it with pricing, pictures and suggested changes inside our home.

Melissa was an excellent realtor! She knows the market, is friendly, professional and makes the buying and selling process easy. She has an awesome support team.
