Matt was an absolute pleasure to work with. He had so many listings to show us the day we went out to the Imperial Valley. Had all the listings printed out in a nice folder ready to go. We had a great time and when it came down to make an offer on a house Matt made the process super smooth and answered any questions we had with a quick response. Great person to work with! Highly recommend. :)

Matthew was a fantastic realtor who made my husband and I feel at ease as first-time home buyers. He was prompt, treated us like a priority, and showed impressive knowledge throughout the process. Not only was he easy to work with, but he also kept us informed every step of the way with clear communication. If there was a chance to lower costs, like closing expenses, he would ask on our behalf. We would happily work with him again in the future without hesitation. Thanks to Matthew, we bought an amazing house within our budget and could not be happier with his work! We highly recommend him!

We want to personally thank Matthew Cowie of Prince & Associates Realtors for being one of the best Realtors we’ve ever met and worked with. Matt went above and beyond our expectations in not only answering every question we had about selling our home, but also making calls to aid us in securing a house cleaning service, a handyman and someone to cover our pool and jacuzzi. The services he recommended were outstanding and got us an amazingly quick sale, over our asking price, on the first showing at the open house. We did the whole process online, as we moved out-of-state. I can honestly say Matt made the whole experience delightful and without any complications or delays. Matt answered all of our calls, answered all of our questions and the process of selling our home was completed as quickly as we started. Prince and Associates Realtors El Centro, CA exceeded all expectations! What normally is a stressful process of selling a home, Matt C. and Amy B. literally made it stress free. Their expert knowledge and professionalism of real estate stood above and beyond. I was skeptical at first on whether the home would even be sold which led to a lot of sleepless nights. But, Matt and Amy kept reassuring us that we were in good hands and which they delivered. They had our best interest in mind and that's one of the main things needed when trusting someone with your home.
