Chris did it. I didn’t think my house would sell for what I owed. He listed it for double. Multiple offers the same day. Ended up getting 15% over asking price. His knowledge and resources are above anyone else. I moved across country and He handled it all.

Danielle was everything we had hoped for in a realtor. Danielle got us over asking price and made the whole process seamless. If it wasn't for Dani we probably wouldn't have won the bid on our new home. With the market being crazy and not many homes for sale it had multiple bids the first day. With her guidance and knowledge we won.
