Used Matt to Buy in 2019 and sell 2021. He was very flexible & easy to communicate with. His local knowledge of neighborhood amenities and the market is unmatched. Majority of the selling was done while I was remote from another state and everything went very smoothly. Highly recommend Matt!!

We just completed our fifth transaction with Matt. We have been through the relocation process, home selling and building and most recently a lifestyle change selling a suburban home and downsizing to an urban one. In our opinion Matt is the best Realtor in Oxford. He knows everything about the area, how to accomplish your objectives, negotiate the best resolution and is always there in a timely fashion. Wouldn’t use anyone else.
