Mary jo is a one-of-a-kind realtor. She is extremely competent and efficient. The only thing that I can't seem to figure out is that she sells more homes than any realtor I ever met, but somehow is ALWAYS available for her clients. My experience with Mary Jo was very smooth and fun.

My experience with Mary Jo Potts was excellent. She knows all details around selling or buying house she has very high negotiation skills to provide all parties the best deal possible. She knows also great loaners to help you get your mortgage without any difficulty. Rehabilitation loan I couldn't get with two different loaners for six months, Mary Jo Potts connected me to a great loaner and my closing took less than 45 days.

Love, love, love Mary Jo. She sold me a home in W Germantown and then sold that same home for me 18 years later. She also was able to sell my mother's home, who had recently passed. I love her work ethic, she and her team worked hard to find the right buyers for each property. Both homes sold within days/weeks of going on the market. If I were ever to move back to Philadelphia, I would call Mary Jo Potts to find me a home. I asked her did she sell real estate in the PNW but she said no. :(

One of the best real estate agents out there. Very knowledgeable, respectful and honest. Always available including weekends and very helpful. This is my fifth sale with them. Incredible people.

My husband and I were interested in purchasing a home in Montgomery County and used Tiffany as our agent to help us through the buying process. We can’t speak highly enough of our experience in buying our new home with her. We ended up making an offer on a foreclosure property, for which she provided wonderful advice throughout the entire process. We believe we would have lost out on the property if it had not been for Tiffany’s diligent follow-up and active communication with the seller’s agent. She was extremely responsive and available when we had any issues or questions. We would highly recommend Tiffany to anyone in the home buying or selling market! We will be using Tiffany again when the time comes to buy a new home again in the future.
