Mark was great! I had already been looking for a home for over a year, working with another realtor, and the process was not going well. I lost bids on several homes. And then I was referred to Mark by a friend. It was such a night and day difference from my last realtor; he was extremely knowledgeable about the market, as well as home construction. I never felt pressured to make an offer. He was always very accessible and responsive, and always steered me in the right direction. And I obviously found the most perfect home that I’m obsessed with! I would absolutely recommend working with Mark!

Mark exceeded my expectations. With his help, and a little bit of luck, I found my perfect home. Mark is upbeat, knowledgeable, thoughtful, professional, responsive, and patient. He respected my vision, and added his own expertise to fill in the gaps (e.g., waterproofing, drainage, foundation, HVAC, etc.). I learned a lot along the way, and I'm very happy with the outcome. I could not have asked for anyone better on this journey.

Mark went beyond expectations for me to be awarded the bid on the home. He helped me find the best lender as well! I would highly recommend Mark for buying or selling a home. He sent me listings for over 2 years and many homes we looked at before finding the right one!
