WOW, what can I say . . . WE SOLD OUR HOME! We had an amazing realtor who made that happen: Mark Lanfranchi Thank you so much, Mark! Mark listened to what and why which made it so easy to meet expectations because we did have personal goals in this sale. We wanted to sell quickly because we already had another place we moved into, and we wanted a certain price. BOTH goals Mark was able to deliver on. Mark was there every time I had a question even when he was out of town on very important personal matters. Mark was great to work with. Honest, reliable, and most importantly VESTED. It was just the perfect combination for a very smooth sale and closing. Thank you Mark for making this happen. Mark was recommended through a family member, and I couldn’t be more happy with him! We had a very specific list of things we needed in a home for my disabled mother, and Mark approached the situation with such professionalism and empathy. It really felt like I was being listened to. If you want someone who’s going to be professional but personable, and be your advocate, then he’s your guy. We couldn’t be more happy with everything!

I would recommend Mark Lafranchi to any of my friends and or family who may be interested in either selling or buying a home .Mark went above and beyond to meet all our needs and expectations at times with adversity from some family members , he was cool, calm and collected with those family members . A job well done and a great real estate agent . If there were 10 stars he would get all 10
