I would recommend Mark Lafranchi to any of my friends and or family who may be interested in either selling or buying a home .Mark went above and beyond to meet all our needs and expectations at times with adversity from some family members , he was cool, calm and collected with those family members . A job well done and a great real estate agent . If there were 10 stars he would get all 10

I have had Mark Lanfranchi sell me a Home . Sell my Coop in Queens help me purchase a coop in Staten Island and believe me its not as easy as you think . Mark has the knowledge and patience to make all this happen he negotiated the top price to sell my coop and get me the best price to buy another. He has been there 100% of the way never negative always positive to the day we sign. I recommend Mark to anyone who needs any Realestate Business performed Buying or selling . Mark certainly has the experience and expertise to do the job whether it's selling a property or assisting to purchase one. He can incorporate knowledge of what actually "sells" a property and enhances the process with close follow-up. Mark is experienced, helpful and goes the extra yard for his client(s).
