We had previously tried to sell our house with land, but with no success. The previous agent didn't have experience in the type of property we had. When we decided to try and sell again, I found a site that gave us recommendations for agents. Before I had a chance to reach out to any of them, Louise called. She came and looked what we had, discussed what we wanted. A hour and half after she left, she called to tell me she had a buyer...before we evened listed. One week later, we accepted a full price offer. She kept us updated throughout the process, is extremely knowledgeable, and delivers on her promises. We highly recommend Louise and her staff. Louise was referred to us by a friend for being very knowledgeable and professional. I have to say she was absolutely the best in the area. She showed us more than we asked for and matched us to the most perfect houses. We wished we could of put an offer in on all of them. We had been looking for months in another city to no avail. We looked with her and found our forever home in a weekend. Process was so smooth and easy. Great office staff helped a great deal with paperwork and making sure all the inspections were ordered on time also. She will be our lifetime agent now!

It was a pleasure to work with Louise on the sale of our home. She is professional and worked with us, answered our questions... even picked up our mail and pulled our trash cans out for us during our absence. That's above and beyond service! We highly recommend Louise!
