Fantastic! I was a first time homebuyer and anxious about everything. Over the years preceding our decision to sell our home, we so appreciated Lisa’s expert help to attract quality tenants when we were leasing it. Once we were ready to sell, Lisa’s expert assessment and planning moved the needle on the progress dial from "for sale" to "sold” in less than two months! Lisa’s knowledge, experience, and spirit of excellence shone through every step of the way. Listing was completely wrong. Said allowed cats and dogs but only allow dogs after telling the realtor we had cats. Did not know anything about the place or how the owner maintained it.

From start to finish, Gwenn was my real estate fairy-godmother. As a first time home buyer, she took me to house showings and taught me why I should NOT buy, legalities, and what I truly deserved. As time went on, I was able to better assess which home was realistic for my budget, the projects that would be possible for DIY vs. bringing a professional in. Communication was top notch and beyond personable. We grew close through this experience and would recommend Gwenn to anyone, but ESPECIALLY first time home buyers. Overtime we would walk into a house, she'd give me the "heck no" look and we'd turn on our heels and leave the showing without missing a step. Even after making negotiations on my first home, she kept an eye on interest rates and was able to poke the bear to get that rate down! She's not one to make a quick sell -- she truly cares about where you're living and what kind of lifestyle you have.
