Lisa is everything you are looking for in a real estate agent, and so much more! I was nervous about handling my dad's probate property but felt immediate relief after reaching out to Lisa. I contacted her shortly before I was ready to sell and she gave expert advice on what repairs/updates would be worth tackling and had great relationships with vendors and other professionals that helped me as well. She personally helped in staging the home (beautifully), hired a wonderful professional photographer for the home, and ended up listing the home for much higher than what I initially thought we could sell it for-and we got our listing price. Throughout the process, she kept me in the loop, explained everything so that I was making informed decisions, and had my back and protected me when obstacles popped up during closing. As a young seller, I felt supported, respected, and well taken care of. I could not recommend Lisa more. She is so knowledgeable and experienced in the field. I would highly recommend Lisa as a realtor. Lisa puts her clients first and truly cares when it comes to finding her clients a place to call home. Lisa has a good relationship with other realtors and lenders which helped in the purchase of our home. Lisa will do anything in her power to get the home you are looking for. If it wasn’t for Lisa and her experience we wouldn’t be in the home we are in today.
