Linda is the best of the best!!! Very professional. She actually cares about the people she is working with. She has helped us buy our first home, and also sell that one 9 years later while helping us buy another. We've been through it all with her, walked through so many homes with her and she was there for us every step of the way! 100% recommend!!!

Linda was wonderful to work with! We had some odd bumps in the road come up during our closing process that required signatures not from the current seller, but the previous one! Linda went above and beyond to make sure that the documents got cared for and ensured we were able to close in a reasonable time. Highly recommend her if you're looking to buy!

We had a great experience working with Linda Simons! She was always friendly and easy to talk to, and went above and beyond to make the whole process as smooth as possible. We really appreciated how flexible she was with scheduling, and how thoroughly she explained everything whenever we had questions. She truly tried her best to make sure we were happy with the home we chose, and was incredibly understanding when we had a moment of hesitation. We can’t recommend her enough!

My girlfriend and I were first time home buyers and Lina was fully of knowledge and was very helpful with the process and knew the best way to give us the best chance of getting our new home. Her knowledge with the process of getting financing was incredibly helpful and made the process super easy. I would highly recommend having Linda while buying or selling your home.
