Linda was such a huge help in purchasing our cabin. Since we aren't local, her knowledge and expertise of the area was beneficial. She was responsive helpful, patient and so knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to use Linda again or refer her our friends and family.

Heather was very accessible and knowledgeable about the market and guided us very well in making our first cabin purchase. Being out of state owners it was critical that we had a great partner in Georgia advising us on the intricacies of buying a cabin home in this location. Would highly recommend Heather!

We put our cabin on the market during a very uncertain time when the economy was slowing and mortgage rates really took off. Considering all that was going on, Linda kept working hard to get feedback from potential buyers and was able to get the property sold. Took longer than we all hoped but considering the circumstances the outcome was good. The entire transaction was handled by phone and she made everything fairly simple.

Linda did a first class job in all facets. Always had our best interest as paramount in selecting houses to view as well as the dynamics of certain locations. Her tactics in handling contract negations excellent.
