If you are looking for a house in Hernando Country this is your realtor. On time, communicates often and honest. Her knowledge of the market combined with an easy going personality gives you comfort about your sale or buy. We used her for a probate sale and everything was great. Highly, highly recommended.

We had my fathers house to sell in Spring Hill and looked at several agents and chose Laura. I am so glad we did. She helped us get more for the house than we expected. We had issues throughout, with buyers backing out etc. but because of Laura's experience she knew exactly how to handle them. In the end, we found a great buyer and we sold it for more than the earlier deals. She is very responsive whenever we contacted her and kept us updated on everything that was going on. I can't recommend her enough. If you need an agent, I recommend contacting Laura. She knows the Hernando Market better than anyone.

IF AT ALL POSSIBLE FOR AN AGENT TO BE “TO GOOD” THEN THIS GAL IS IT. WE WERE TOTALLY HAPPY WITH HER PERFORMANCE AS AN AGENT AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER TO ALL SELLERS. This was a very difficult process and Laura was on top of it at every turn would deal with her again definitely. She was a professional in every aspect of the process
