Denise was amazing to work with. I started my home buying process 2+ years ago and she was with me through every step of the process. We started with looking at existing homes to meeting with local builders to deciding to build a home independently. Denise provided valuable knowledge throughout that entire process. When it came time to list my home, she was extremely knowledgeable about the process, listened to my preferences on communication and helped navigate the final sale of my home. I did not want to be heavily involved in the sales process and Denise honored that request for me - which helped reduce a ton of stress as I was finalizing my new build. Denise was beyond supportive during the entire two years and I could not have asked for a better person to help me navigate through this process over 2 years. I would highly recommend her to any prospective seller or new buyer.

Hevenn did an outstanding job to assisting me with the purchasing of my new home. She was a delightful person to work with. She should become her own broker. She's knowledgeable appears to know all the requirements of the VA. She should earn more money now for all the hard work she has done.

Heavenn was a terrific agent who was both friendly and professional! I think she must’ve done a lot of research about Streetsboro being she is based in Medina. She really knew her stuff. My husband and I are proud to have her in as TEAM MANCO! She fit right in with us and was faithful to send me new listings or updates everyday of houses in the area we were looking at. When we finally made a decision on what house we wanted to pursue, she was very supportive on what she knew about the house, and why we would be making a great choice by pursuing that house. Although we are not far from that day, she was very encouraging on what to do next! Heavenn will be helping us through the process of buying that house too! I’m happy working with her!
