I would highly recommend Danny Kogut. He sold our Woodstock home and then spent months with us searching for a home in Washington County in a very challenging market. We finally found a wonderful place in Fayston, VT. Danny came to every showing, many times spending hours to get there from his home. He was frequently the only agent at the showing. He is incredibly professional, kind, patient, and calming. Danny assisted with the negotiations, even during the walkthrough when the sellers hadn't completed some of the fixes they agreed to. We also had a last minute railing that had to be built hours before closing. Danny was right there, helping to build and install it. Overall, we highly recommend Danny whether you're buying or selling. He was fantastic.

Keri is great. Midas touch with local properties. So easy to work with, fast response time and really knows the area well. Have told all of our friends to call her when they are buying / selling.

I highly recommend Gretchjen Smith. I was referred to her by a local business owner in town, and I contacted her to help me find a home. We toured the area and saw several places; I zoned in on one which I decided to buy. Throughout the process, Gretchjen was reliable, friendly, thorough and up front about everything. I was buying the house on my own and I really appreciated her seeing me through each step. It was also a fun process. She showed the house a second time when I brought a family member to help me make a decision. Gretchjen has also been supportive in helping me get connected in a town that was far from home, being responsive when I've needed local recommendations. Gretchjen really goes above and beyond in her role. I am very grateful I chose to work with her.

I contacted Keri Cole on the Friday after Thanksgiving to ask if we could see a property. To my happy surprise I immediately heard back and Keri was able to arrange for us to see the house while we were visiting the area over the holiday weekend. We were impressed with Keri's professionalism and friendliness and decided to work with her. Over the next 3 months Keri showed us a variety of properties and answered many questions quickly and thoroughly. She helped us find the perfect village home! She negotiated very well on our behalf and was in regular contact with us throughout the process. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience working with Keri. She knows the area, the industry and she was helpful sharing information only a local would know. We will definitely work with Keri again and couldn't recommend her more highly.
