So My Wife and I were purchasing our first home, during that process we lost our son. Kristin the Manager was our Realtor, she knew all about the hardships we were facing. The house we purchased as been nothing but a NIGHTMARE; we were lied too and have been facing all kinds of issues with the property. From the basement flooding, roof leaking into the living room, walls cracking, to electrical outlets failing and causing damage, luckily no fires. After the fact when the house was purchased we told her of all these issues coming to light, she said ohhh i didn't know but when we pointed some of these issues in the beginning they stated it was all fixed. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE AND COMPANY. I purchased the Home November 2020 and moved in December 2020, I sent emails July of 2021, showcasing all the water damage and issues in the home

Great Realtor went out of her way to make us as comfortable as possible. Was ALWAYS available when I had questions and was quick to find answers. I highly recommend Kristine for anyone looking for a new home or relocating.

I had a great experience with Kristine and I highly recommend her. Before the property was listed, I consulted with her on things I needed to do to get it sell faster. I was having trouble finding professionals to do some things like trash removal, and she found people to help me. Once the house was listed, it sold in about a month and closed less than a month after I accepted the offer. Very smooth process overall.
