I had to sell my brother's home due to his passing. I live out of state and needed someone I could trust and that could help me with the entire process. I was lucky enough to receive Krista Klause's number and gave her a call. Krista was extremely helpful and understanding of the situation. She helped in every facet. She provided assistance with the house setup, cleaning, and even staging of the house. We went through the comps and decided on a price and the house was only on the market for about two weeks. Krista was amazing during the closing process and keep in constant contact. She kept me updated on the closing of the buyers house and the progress with the title company. Krista is very knowledgeable and experienced in the selling and buying market, as she has helped us with both. We bought/built this home with her in 2019 and she helped us sell it in 2022. She listens to what your specific needs and wants are and will be your advocate! Krista is ambitious and would handle all requests and needs for the transaction, allowing us to focus on our upcoming moves. Working with her was wonderful and made the house selling (and house buying) a great experience. Her professionalism and leadership in the transaction made it that much easier on us. We recently purchased our first home and Krista was our agent. It was a very difficult and frustrating market but Krista was amazing through it all. She is so easy to talk to, listened to and found us exactly what we asked for and actually made the whole experience kind of fun. Her expertise even got us a better loan with a better company than we started with originally. We thought in this market that we would end up needing to settle on something that didn’t really check all of our boxes but instead we found Krista and she found us our dream home!
