Bought our 2nd house with Kim. Wouldn't have done it without her by far best realitor. Answers any questions anytime super helpful and understanding. Very honest and knowledgeable, more trying to help you get the house you and your family need rather then selling you something that's not right for you

Personable and professional with excellent communication skills. Sara is an involved and caring Real Estate Professional willing to assist with all aspects of your Real Estate needs. She was able to quickly ascertain a mutually acceptable cost for the property while getting answers to questions as they arose. Sara worked tirelessly with the lending team assembling the necessary documentation (inspections, appraisal, title work, etc.) to keep closing on track. She made the closing process a lot less stressful. I would highly recommend Sara to others and would use her again of the need arose.

Sara was wonderful to work with. She promptly helped us with all of our questions. She kept us up to date during our search and purchase of our property. Best of of all she has kept touch with us after the purchase to be certain everything is going as expected. We would recommend her highly.

Sara Bentley help sell a couple properties. Both she got in contract with in weeks. One sold first contract the other sold at a later date due to my faults with inspection. She answers promptly and she taught me alot. She networks and she think outside the box. I highly recommend her. When I was looking to buy she always meet my specifications and she would place bids immediately. To this day I call her for advice and guidance. She is professional and she is very knowledgeable she taught me alot. Sara, thank you!!!!
