Kim is a professional in every sense of the word. Her knowledge and genuine concern for all parties to our transaction were present in every phase of the process. The sale of this home was an emotional and stressful situation due to transitioning a loved one to a care facility. Kim said to us, "Let me take the burden of this sale off your shoulders" and she did. She handled every aspect of the transaction promptly and to everyone's satisfaction. From the first time I met Kim, she felt much less like a real estate agent and much more like a friend who knows a whole lot about real estate. Kim is highly professional and cares about her clients above her bottom line. She has gone above and beyond to answer all of my questions or direct me to someone who can. I can't recommend her highly enough.

We are first time home buyers, So we had no clue on anything and was so stressed out and nervous about this process. I mean we had NO CLUE, seriously. She made this a really simple and smooth process all around. It was great that she knew her stuff which just made this process so much easier, with her being able to tell us yes or no right then and there, so no wasted time. She was always very responsive to our questions or concerns. I would work with her again in a heartbeat.
