We really enjoyed working with Ryan and his wife Jackie. Ryan has a keen eye when evaluating property, it felt like having a housing inspector with us as we were viewing different properties. He did some great negotiating for us and we ended up getting a great deal on our new investment property. Would 10/10 recommend!

Michael is one of the best in the business! He stuck with us on the buying side for a year and a half as we took the time to find the perfect home for our family. Any time we needed anything he was extremely responsive and always there to help no questions asked. He is extremely knowledgeable and puts his client's needs first. We also worked with him selling our home and we are very pleased with the outcome!

Shawn K is a great asset to anyone selling a property. His knowledge of the local market and buying trends help sellers to price their home appropriately resulting in many appointments and interested buyers. He knows contractors who are fair and reasonable for painting and touchup, reasonable stagers (if requested), and he manages the process of the paperwork with the title company making the process easy for the seller. His greatest asset is his willingness to be available to you every step of the way. As an out of town seller, I was confident that he was our representative on the ground. We went from listing to close in about 5 weeks with an offer over our asking price! He is charming and personable, very knowledgeable, and easy to work with! You cannot go wrong with Shawn as your representative.

Shawn was recommended to us by our daughter, who recently purchased a home with Shawn's assistance. My husband and I only live part-time in the Philadelphia area, so finding someone to handle all the details without our assistance was critical. Shawn managed everything--from finding someone to clean the house to managing the final negotiations--all while keeping us informed and presenting every possible option. Shawn is so easy to work with, has great communication skills and is very detail-oriented. We highly recommend him and plan to use Shawn again in the future.
