My wife and I met Ryan at an open house we attended several months before we were seriously looking for a place in PA to be nearer our children and grandchildren. Despite letting him know we would not be ready for a while, he spent time hearing our story and getting to know us a little. Fast forward several months and my wife found his business card and we asked him to be our buyer's agent. We couldn’t be more pleased with our choice. Ryan not only found many houses that met our criteria but stayed in constant communication with us about trends and options. Most realtors probably do that but Ryan truly became a partner in our search. We always felt like he was our trusted advocate in all aspects of the search. As we looked at individual houses we discovered that Ryan’s “favorite” room in every house was the basement and the stories it told about the quality and condition of the house. He spotted things I certainly would not have considered. Soon he got to know us so well that he could predict which houses we might like. After finding the right place and making a “Ryan advised” offer, he continued to help to get the seller to pay for fixes and repairs. Even after the closing, he checks in on us and recommends trusted trades-people with whom he has worked in the past. In this process we have come to consider Ryan more than just an agent, he’s become a trusted friend. We will recommend Ryan to anyone who needs an agent.

We really enjoyed working with Ryan and his wife Jackie. Ryan has a keen eye when evaluating property, it felt like having a housing inspector with us as we were viewing different properties. He did some great negotiating for us and we ended up getting a great deal on our new investment property. Would 10/10 recommend!

We worked with other agents in the past and none compared to Ryan, he really made it an exceptional experience for our first time investing in Philly. He truly went above and beyond, providing detailed reports on properties, guiding and teaching us about ROI and connecting us with other experts in the field to gain more knowledge on a property. Michael is one of the best in the business! He stuck with us on the buying side for a year and a half as we took the time to find the perfect home for our family. Any time we needed anything he was extremely responsive and always there to help no questions asked. He is extremely knowledgeable and puts his client's needs first. We also worked with him selling our home and we are very pleased with the outcome!
