Kenneth was a pleasure to work with, and always professional, prompt and available. He worked very diligently and was able to sell my house in a short amount of time. Kenneth kept me abreast of all things going on with the process, from showings to act of sale. He won't disappoint!

Kenneth worked closely with us to help find the right home over a 3 month period. He sent daily emails of all new listings and price reductions. He made appts to see listings we liked right away and he was always on time. Kenneth was supportive and reliable. We never felt rushed or pushed. If we had a question, he got us an answer quickly. Kenneth made finding and buying a home as easy as possible. I definitely recommend!

I never leave reviews for anything, but I feel compelled to leave one for Kenneth. He is nothing short of AMAZING! I sold my house from out of state during the pandemic and Kenneth took care of every aspect of transaction so I would not have to travel and risk quarantine. I can not recommend him enough, give yourself the opportunity to speak with him and you will understand how much he truly cares and wants to help make everything easy. (By the way, per his recommendations, I had two offers on the house on the first day and an agreed upon offer on the second day, once again during the pandemic). THANK YOU KENNETH!!!
