Keith did a wonderful job, he was recommended by Veterans United Home Loans. Keith is honest and worked quickly to find me the perfect house. His negotiations with the buyers were top notch, and he worked his best to get me everything I asked for. I couldn't have asked to work with a better realtor.

Reechia & Keith Powell took care of selling my home & finding a new home in this fast moving market that we are experiencing right now. I was very concerned with timing, although they took care of all scheduling without any hiccups. I have a sight disorder& Keith took extra special care of me. Not only did he take me to closings, he picked me up from work on several occasions to look at houses. He priced my house perfect & knew exactly how much to offer on my new house. Everything went so perfectly, I thought I was dreaming at times. When they showed me my current home I knew right away that it was home & he knew it was for me. They went the extra mile to make sure I bought that house. From the Title company they use, to the inspector, & the other contacts they have, they have it all covered. I would highly recommend using Reechia & Keith Powell.

Keith was VERY helpful and knowledgeable about the buying process. He always answered all of our questions. Very nice and personable. He was a joy to work with. Where do we begin........Keith and Reechia are the sweetest most genuine,helpful and professional Real Estate Agents we have ever had the pleasure and opportunity of doing business with. My husband and I were looking to purchase a home in Texas (we live out of state) and were apprehensive about the kind of attention and help we would get given the fact that we were out of state and things could not have gone any smoother than they did because of the fact that Reechia and Keith were our agents. They listened to everything we asked for in a house-including our max budget-and they found us exactly what we were looking for and were right there with us every step of the way.
