Karey is knowledgeable of the local market. She helped me with the process of selling my parent’s home quickly. I’m grateful because the experience was wonderful. It was fast, easy and she was able to make things happen with minimal disruption to my schedule. Karey has the skills to help people who may be in a highly stressful and emotional process get their home sold. She is able provide accurate information and solutions to make sure you feel confident. She a pleasure to work with and is the best in the area. I recommend Karey Brown to everyone.

Choosing Karey as my realtor for both selling my home and purchasing my new home was one of the best decisions I have ever made. This was my first time selling a home, and Karey explained things in a way I would understand, and always stayed in contact. She always explained what would be best for me and never leaned towards what would have been better for her. She also has such a sweet and fun personality that made the entire experience pleasant. Additionally, her amazing communication and great rapport with other agents was a large contributing factor in getting us our home in Tecumseh that had multiple offers after only 2 days. If you are wanting an agent that you can trust to have your best interest in mind, Karey is the way to go.

Kylie is a gem! She showed us lots of houses as we honed in on what we wanted our home to be. Her knowledge of the market and of the process of purchasing guided us through some choppy waters to the final destination of owning our forever, historical home. We used Susan Booth of the Karey Brown Team to sell our home in Topeka, Kansas and she is outstanding. Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property and how they promote their listings. All of my research revealed very high ratings with the Karey Brown Team and Susan Booth. Since we were building a new home and did not want to sell our house until we moved, I sent Susan an email in the late spring/early summer letting her know that we would like to use her services. Susan never missed a beat with us and continuously sent me emails with updates about homes on the market and the housing market in general. Once we were able to finally list our home, in October, we spoke with Susan and then met with her at our home. She had asked me prior to our meeting the address of the house we were wanting to sell and she came to our initial meeting fully prepared to put our house on the market. She had conducted her research and provided us with a suggested selling price. When we saw our listing we were blown away. Susan's hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and our home sold quickly. It went under contract in about 10 days. Throughout the entire process, Susan kept us continually updated with dates of showings, open houses and every activity associated with the sale of our home. She provides continuous open and transparent communication. Susan's professionalism and the professionalism of the Karey Brown team has been our best real estate experience. We had our house listed with Karey Brown and were shocked at her inattentiveness to try and sell our house. She put it out onto websites, but did nothing else. She had 2 open houses, but only because we insisted on it. When it finally sold, she said "oh, I thought it would sell faster than that." She thought it would sell itself, I guess. Another realty company sold it, so she got half of the commissions for basically doing nothing. I would tell everyone to steer clear of her agency whatever she calls it now. Her real estate signs are so "busy", we had people stop and ask us what the sign was. You couldn't even tell it was a "for sale" sign in our yard.
