Julie did a great job of guiding me through the process of buying my first home. She provided me with all the details of every stage of the process. If I had any questions, she would get me the answer. No matter what day of the week or what time of the day, she would always respond. She was thorough with all the walk throughs of the houses we looked at.

Julie is great! She was available, would get back to us quickly, kept us informed and the sellers realtor when we were delayed on our closing. When a problem arose with our bank 5 days before our originally projected closing date, she got an appointment with a local bank she recommended. I was at the bank about 2 hours later and was approved later that day. We closed 9 days later and the bank fees for closing were $600+ less than the original bank. We also weren't required to get an insured loan which saved even more on closing costs plus on the monthly payments. There are many very good Realtors, but none could have done a better job than Julie. I highly recommend her!

Julie was the consummate professional, with unmatched expertise of local market conditions, home expectations, preparations for selling, and trade professionals who could address questions surfaced during the selling process. Julie was also immediately responsive to questions we had throughout. 10/10, would highly recommend her for selling or buying your house!

Julie was the perfect realtor for us. She was flexible and worked with our schedule to look at condos. We went to look at one and she knew about another one that wasn’t listed yet and arranged for us to see that one too. We loved it and actually put in an offer when it hit the market. We just closed on it this week! Julie made it happen for us. She also worked with the sellers for us to purchase some of their furniture. She is professional and personable. She also told us about some places to visit in the area since we are from out of town. We highly recommend Julie Willingham for her experience and expertise of the area.

Julie was a tremendous help as we purchased our home in Mattoon. She was responsive and addressed any questions that we had while working collaboratively with the seller's agent and our lender. Julie was accommodating of our showing needs. As we are not local, she ended up doing multiple virtual showings for us. We were supposed to close on this new home the same day as our home in Northwest IL was being sold and Julie was able to assist in crafting a short-term solution. Part of this solution required us to have a document notarized. Julie just so happens to be a registered notary. Finally, before closing Julie was able to provide closing details as well as what companies provide utilities in the area. We absolutely would recommend Julie. She is great to work with!
