Julie was an outstanding real estate agent to work with. Her communication was exceptional she consistently kept me updated and passed along information as soon as she received it, which made the process smooth and stress-free. Even though I lived 12 hours away, Julie went above and beyond to handle everything on my behalf and always made me feel confident that things were being taken care of. She did an excellent job selling my property, bringing both professionalism and market expertise that made a huge difference. Julie was proactive, dependable, and always had my best interests in mind. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I’m truly grateful for her hard work and dedication. Buying a new home, I had a million questions and felt so much uncertainty; until I met Julie. Julie not only answers questions thoroughly, she also answers timely! There were multiple times I sent a late night or early morning text and she responded almost immediately. Julie knows the area, has amazing contacts with professionals (plumbing, electric, etc), and she truly wants the best home for YOU. She is open, honest, and will go above and beyond to ease the process. Above all else, she was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend her again and again! When/if the time comes for a new home, Julie will definitely be my go-to.

Julie did a fantastic job at helping me find the house to raise my family In. She was very involved in all aspects involving the closing. She was always very responsive and made sure everything was up to par with all aspects of closing documentation and any information that needed to be relayed.

Julie Willingham did an outstanding job helping me purchase my new home. If i was needing any info about any home she was always getting the info for me. Julie was very knowledgeable of the areas and homes where I was looking in to buy my home. When I found my home she was there guiding me through the process of making offers, what was needed from my lender and closing of the new home. Now I have closed on my new home today and ready to start my new journey with my family. Thank you for everything you did to help me get my new home Julie.
