I contacted Julia Parker after seeing reviews from other very satisfied clients. I was out if state and was looking to buy a home back in Okeechobee, Fl. I knew the area well and knew where I wanted to live and what I was looking for and my budget and advised Julia of these specifics. Julia immediately began looking and was very picky in what she sent me to look at and we set up some home viewings for when I came into town. I met Julaia and she has a very out going personality and was very friendly and makes you feel like your a friend and not a client. The homes she showed me were amazingly exactly what I was looking for and when I found the one I wanted ahe worked right along side of me during the whole process of buying the home and since the purchase has kept in contact with me to see if there is anything I need. I highly recommend Julia Parker and her reality company to anyone not only looking to buy in Okeechobee, she had knowledge of the surrounding areas and will make buying a home a lot less stressful.

Julia has helped us navigate the entire process including needing to back out of a contract in which she was the realtor on both sides. She has helped with everything from showings, how to look at the market, selling our home, finding a mortgage company to getting the best home insurance rate. She’s so knowledgeable of her town and has even called her personal contacts to assist us in multiple areas as things have come up!

Julia is the sweetest kindness person I have ever met. She’s was so quick to send properties I wanted. She is consistent in her communication with me. She helped me find a rental property some time ago and now she has assisted with my home. She talks viewing through with her clients to make sure if is what they love and not “like” as she understand this purchase is huge. I would recommend her to literally everyone.

I stumbled upon Julia and it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly to work with. Julia always kept me informed and used her expertise to give me the best service. She always went above and beyond - nights and weekends. Julia is very professional, attentive to detail and very easy to work with. She stayed the course through a very trying and frustrating selling/closing process.Julia is a straight shooter and extremely honest with her clients.
